Our Estimators/Quantity Surveyor’s main priority is to provide accurate, consistent and competitive pricing for our clients.

We utilise accurate pricing methodology and data, along with some of the leading structural steel estimating software to  successfully evaluate and analyse each contract.

Our estimators prepare a programme schedule, materials take-off, P&G estimates, labour estimates and cost. We also do budget estimates based on preliminary drawings and sketches for our clients.

We coordinate between the client's quantity surveyor, architects, engineers and main contractor regarding plans and specifications to establish methods of measurement, construction methodology and to resolve any tender deficiencies or issues which may impact on the cost.
